Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Plug-in for Veritas NetBackup OpenStorage v1.0

in Disk Storage ZFS Storage Appliance (MOSC) Question

IHAC that running Netbackup 7.7.3 on Windows 2008 R2 and would like to implement OST (openstorage) plug in with ZFS 3-2.

Last OST admin guide (updated nov 2015) states that Netbackup 7.7 was supported by plugIn.

However, It seems that OST plug installation relies on NBCONSOLE.exe - but this utility was dropped on NBU 7.7 bundle and replaced by a JAVA console...

The install script request a location for it, but we don't have the utility anymore...

7.7 release notes:

User interface enhancements Starting with version 7.7, NetBackup no longer includes a native Windows version of the NetBackup Administration Console. Instead, the Java-based version of the console has been updated and enhanced to provide unified performance and functionality across all supported Windows and UNIX platforms. Unless otherwise noted, all uses of the term NetBackup Administration Console within the product documentation are in reference to the latest Java-based version
