Curve batch long run in local domains in RDF 13.3.3.2

In RDF weekly chain one of batch curvebatch ran long on two local domains (around 3:00:00 hours) on 02/26/2017. From our previous weeks batch timings curvebatch ran maximum 0:30:00 minutes globally. For this we triggered optimizeDomain globally on 03/05/2017 before RDF weekly chain but unfortunately this week (03/05/2017)  also we faced same issue as curvebatch ran on same two local domain (around 2:50:00 hours) in RDF weekly chain

From the logs apart from the log run time, no exceptions/warnings/errors found.
