How to run SQLT in TFA tools bundle

SQLT is installed automatically as part of TFA tools bundle deployment. The toolstatus shows SQLT is deployed.

From SQLT manual (DOC ID 1614107.1), it requires to install certain objects in SQLTXPLAIN and SQLTXADMIN schema. However, I don't see the schemas. Should I run sqcreate.sql to create the schemas and objects? Where is this script located?
