Database monitoring configuration showing error ORA-12514 in OEM

I am trying to configure RAC database in 12c OEM. Successfully configured the monitoring RAC database successfully,however, on target database home page getting below error. Navigation path to reproduce the error is

In Grid console, go to the Database target home page.

Database --> Target setup --> Monitoring configurations

Enter DBSNMP username and password, Oracle HOME, Role - Normal, Cluster Name, Service Name and test connection.

The connection test was successful.

Click Next and Submit.

Monitoring Configuration Saving - Completed Successfully

On Database target home page. I see below error:

Regions that display real-time data will not be displayed. Exception while loading RAC Database Home Page: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor The Connect Descriptor was (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = rac-scan.localdomain)(PORT = 1521))(CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = labdb.localdomain)))
