while accessing the DATA MANAGEMENT get the following error " You are not authorised to access this

Hi Experts,

I am unable to access Data Management from Workspace .

I get the following error " You are not authorized to access the page "

This issue is intermittent.

This is a two node distributed setup and issue sometimes happens on node 1 and sometimes on node 2 .

I have checked the host files and confirmed that the host files have correct entries .

I have restarted the services , reconfigured and redployed FDMEE also but the issue still persists
