Not able to assigned Freight charges as a item on a sales order line

Hi Support

I have created Freight charges as a item . But i didn`t able to assigned freight charges charges as a item on a sales order line. I am getting below error message.,

Problem 1 : Selected Freight charges as a item and than selecting QTY 1 and the tab the following pop up comes up:

Problem 2 : Hit ok. And then you can go on and end up in the Unit selling price field. Here I would like to fill in an amount but then the next pop up appears:

Please suggest how i can fix the above issue  ?
