Is there any possibility to block the use of a specific GL Journal entry category?

Hi all,

I have created a specific Journal Entry category for Secondary Ledger journal entries, but the users are able to select it when trying to import JE in primary ledger using the "Launch Journal Wizard" from a GL Accountant responsibility. When using this JE category in Primary Ledger, there are no entries created in Primary Ledger, but they are created automatically in the secondary Ledger.

Question: is there any possibility to block the use of this specific journal entry category in Primary Ledger or for specific responsibility ? When the Journal Entry category was created, it was set up for the Secondary Ledger, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it can only be used from the
