Unable to find items on Purchase order

Dear All Experts,

I have defined one item in master organization, after that I assigned that item to required inventory organization. But when I try to find that item on PO. Item is not available?

I have identified that there is one more inventory organization which is not master org but when item is assigned on that org than item is able to show into PO.

What will be the issue for that?? kindly help me out in this.
