Negative Commitment Amt on Award Status

I am new to Projects and we have Grants Accounting. Could anyone please advise why award status screen shows negative commitment? any MOS notes helps?

I have checked PO attached to Award T020 none of them have encumbrance. As I know,  use Period-end Accruals
