QP: Item Validation Organization change not working

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have an item validation org - Org A as the value for the profile option - QP: Item Validation Organization. However, when we change it to another organization- Org B, we are unable to add the items that have the Org B as the item validation org. We ran the QP: Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers and compiled the system items KFF. Please advise
