Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to automatically apply an expense charge to the sales order when an inventory item Quantity ordered in ft with 300ft increments

ITEM1 299ft no packing charge

ITEM1 300 - 599 $17 expense charge 1ea COAX_PALLETIZATION

ITEM1 600 - 899 $34 expense charge 2ea COAX_PALLETIZATION

ITEM1 900 - 1199 $51 expense charge 3ea COAX_PALLETIZATION

Any suggestions on how to address this with native oracle?
