Need help with People Template for hiring employees using Find window

Hi - I have copied a predefined template using the People Management Configurator and have run into a problem. I have set up a find tab and created fields to look up applicants/employees up by their name, SSN, or the employee/applicant number. I am able to search and find the person, but I am not able to select them to move to the next step. The person is displayed in the folder on the find tab with all the info I have selected to show in the results. If I close the find window I then get the summary window
