Dataexport command not performing properly in a production 11.1.2.3.701 Planning application

Description of problem:

When using Dataexport command in a calc script, it hangs up all sessions in Essbase for all users connected (all web forms in workspace effected - saves fail, smart view querying errors/hangs, data loads hang, etc. and users trying to connect to the Planning application are stalled

We are patched to 11.1.2.3.701 and Essbase is at the .508 patch release

Performance in the past with Hyperion release .500 was good/as expected, no hung state or disruption to system - exports ran timely

Our Produciton Essbase server is a physical box
