startup time of a service

Hello,

I modified and restarted an Oracle service in my cluster with srvctl modify/start service command few weeks ago but unfortunately, I didn't record associated date in my journal.

I didn't find this information in dba, v$ or gv$ views; is this information logged somewhere in the cluster?
