Problem: Cannot view output for some requests submitted by other users

My Apologies if this has been answered somewhere in another post - I couldn't find the right answer.

Oracle EBS: 12.1.3

Problem: View Output is disabled for SOME - not all - requests and so cannot view output for all requests.

More detail:

- Our inbound interfaces are automatically submitted under a user XXIFINTG

- We have a responsibility that is used to review the inbound jobs. This responsibility has no attached request group, as it is a view only responsibility.

- It appears that the output of some programs can be viewed but others cannot be viewed

I am trying to work out what controls which jobs can be viewed.
