Not able to calibrate

Hi, I've done this before, but now getting these errors, please advise, what I'm doing wrong here:

[oracle@oracle.com:/mnt/rat/rep8am]

$ wrc mode=calibrate replaydir=/mnt/rat/rep8am

Workload Replay Client: Release 12.1.0.2.0 - Production on Tue Mar 7 15:10:59 2017

Copyright (c) 1982, 2014, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

(wrc_main_2385.trc) ORA-15557: workload replay client cannot access the replay directory or the database version do not match the preprocessing one

[oracle@oracle.com:/mnt/rat/rep8am]

And when giving user/pwd ... getting this:

$ wrc system/....@fspprod_pdb replaydir=/mnt/rat/rep8am mode=calibrate

Workload Replay Client: Release 12.1.0.2.0 - Production on Tue Mar 7 15:09:10 2017
