Row combination on form exceeds threshold...

I have created a Form with Accounts and additional description dimension at the row level, then scenario (actual and budget) and period (descendants of yeartotal) for the columns.  There are approx. 200 accounts (dimension members) and 450 descriptions (dimension members).  When combining, the Form either takes a very long time to load or exceeds the threshold even if I suppress missing values.  I realize I can limit the form by selectively choosing accounts or descriptions but I want to be able to expand and see totals.  Is there a way to make the description dimension at the row level an
