Hi All,

One of the user tried to save a query for a particular application and ended up selecting some wrong options and saved it.

Now the user is facing difficulties to access that particular application.

Steps user performed were as below

Opened up an application, example - P4310 version ABCD123

selected the option Manage query

made some changes and clicked on save.

Now when the user access the same application, all buttons are active but if clicked on any of the button pops up webclient exception error.

Tried to clear user overrides for this user, still didnt work

Also tried to recreate the user id still no luck.
