How to transfer items from one Operating Unit to another?

Dear All Experts,

We have two operating unit but master inventory org is same, now when i am performing the setups of new second OU and in financials i need to use master IO which defined in another OU. So for that unable to select the master IO in new operating unit financials options.

Please suggest.
