Facing Strange Issue Purchase Order Viewing Customer Returnes in JDE E1

Hi All,

we are facing strange issue viewing Purchase Order Custmers returns In JDE E1.

When we are fetching details from attaching task bar menu , We are not able to see any record.

But Opening Application using Intaractive Versions able to see perticular Oder custmer returns details.

May I know why this is happaning, what is reason behind it.

For Understanding i have attached below screen shot for : VIA TASK BAR MENU

Task View Explorer-->Task--> Ancillary Clinical supplies-->Customer Return OF (Purchase Order) in this path we did not get any details from partucular Order num.

Given below i got same orde rnum details VIA Intaractive Versions:
