ORA-12541: TNS: no listener

Hello,

I uses oracle 12c(12.1.0.2) on Windows Server x64.

From time to time i get ORA-12541: TNS: no listener error.

Listener log contains following errors:

TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed

TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

  TNS-00507: Connection closed

   64-bit Windows Error: 54: Unknown error

Any suggestion what may be wrong? Maybe someone of you are experienced by this error?
