How to save parameters for a concurrent request submission?

We want to submit the the same concurrent request with the same parameters, altering only 1 of the 4 parameters values every time. But in 12.2.4 every time I bring up the same Concurrent Request, the parameters are blank, rather than the last entered ones as in 11.5.10
