Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.create_and_apply API is creating receipts

Hi All,

The AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB.create_and_apply is creating receipt after long time but program is still running.

Before 3 days program is working fine and faster.

There is no code change is the API.

Can any one guide me?
