Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to canceled the Kanban card in system having full supply status

Hi All,

We are facing issue while changing the Kanban card status to inactive from active status and facing below error

"Card Status change from Active to Cenceled is not allowed for supply_status Full"

So request you to help on the issue if you are aware of the same.
