oracle apps trace files getting generated

We are finding that oracle apps trace files are getting constantly generated in the RDBMS home trace file location. We already verified most of the diag/trace options are off. We are trying to figure out the source for these trace files to stop the. I verified fnd:diagnostics is disabled.

Can you help to let me know which profile options could cause it. It is running for most conc requests even from standard conc mgr.
