When Creating Form Data File (R08150) After taking ESU JM20683 Suffix Is Still Not Broken Out

Hi,

I was testing SAR 25450915 HCIR FORM DATA XML MISSING SUFFIX TAG after taking ESU JM20683 and the Suffix is still not being broken out into its own suffix tag.

This is happening at two separate clients.  One is in Tools Release 9.1.5/Release 9.1 on an AS400 the other is on Tools Release 9.2.0/Release 9.1 on Windows.

I tested Alpha Name in Who's Who with a comma or no comma

I tested Surname in Who's Who with a comma or no comma

I tested Surname in F08119 with a comma or no comma

The result is always the same Last name, Jr
