Enabling DUO MFA for ODBC connections

We've recently rolled out DUO two factor authentication for all of our CAS and SAML2 authenticated applications on our campus.

I'm trying to determine what options are available to enable MFA for ODBC connections to Oracle databases.

We looked at RADIUS, even so far as setting up a working POC with DUO + Oracle ODBC, but found that it requires far too much trust in client security to work for our needs.

What other options are available for enabling MFA for Oracle ODBC connections?
