Not able to upload reports in Siebel for BI Publisher

Hi

Currently I am using Siebel IP2016 with BI Publisher 11.1.1.9. I have done integration successfully as I am able to see XMLP responsibilities in BI Publisher application.

But when trying to upload rtf and xlf file from Siebel application, I am getting below error.

Error while processing argument <?> for operation <?>(SBL-EAI-04316) @Ravi Kanth -Oracle
