Usage Pattern Tracking

Hi,

We are trying to implement Usage Pattern Tracking in our project.

We are able to capture the User Event in the Admin- Application >Usage Pattern Tracking View.

However, we are not able to see any values in the User Event Details( Child Applet) in that view.

What could be the possible reasons. Please let us know if we need to configure some parameters.

We are on a tight timeline, so all/any help will be appreciated.
