Part list issued quantity does not match with Item Ledger quantity

Hi,

we have several Work orders where the part list quantity is not matching with Item ledger quantity.

We have a third party tool through which the data comes into F3111Z1 and then F3111 through EDI.

Component item quantity in third-party tool: 79608

Component item quantity in   F3111:   131664

Component item quantity in   F3111Z1:   79608

in Item Ledger quantity is : 79608 which is same as the third party too

Could you please tell us why this has been happened.
