Report to see if opp lost due to specific model

A key user created a report to see all Lost Opportunities with all CB IC model 3,5 and higher.

Now his management is asking maybe we lost other models too due to this specific model range.

The report the key user created shows all the Lost opportunities with all CB IC model 3,5 and higher and other models and the Opportunities with only the CB IC model 3,5 and higher.

Is it possible to see only the Lost Opportunities with all CB IC model 3,5 and higher and other models and NOT the Opportunities with only the CB IC model 3,5 and higher.
