3000/4000 Serial Console Female RJ45 to Female DB9 Adapter

Does anyone know where I can find the pin out document for the 3000/4000 Female RJ45 to Female DB9 Adapter that shipped with the SBCs? My customer has trashed the boxes and no one kept the adapters that were in the boxes and I need them to setup remote access for me and we'll need the adapter to connect their laptop to the SBC console port.
