12.2.5 Service Contract Details Reference to Existing Contract Not Working Consistently

Hello,

We recently implemented 12.2.5, but are long time Oracle users. As of 12.2.5 we are seeing some inconsistency in the Service Contracts Details and Service Contracts Order Processing Program behavior and I suspect a bug in the processing. We cannot replicate this on demand, but I think the information I will provide here should provide evidence that the processing of the OKS_K_ORDER_DETAILS data is not being processed correctly.

Here you can see the contract is referenced - it was added PRIOR to Order Booking and obviously prior to Fufillment and the Service Contracts Order Processing Program:

You can see in this query the contract details were added to the table on 05-MAR-17 01:50:27, the join to contracts indicates that the existing contract referenced did in fact exist and the COD_TYPE is LTC.
