Is there API available to create PO In R12.2.5

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have a need to create PO using API not using the PDOI (open interface)

Can you please let me know if there is API available to create PO.

Reason behind looking for API is to reduce time to create PO. Basically, Oracle will be receiving web service call from external system to create PO and in the same call response needs to send back with PO number created in Oracle.
