Query feature in JDE 9.0 - How to Enable?

Hello, 

I just want to know "How" to Enable the Query Feature in JDE 9.0, Tools release 8.98. 

Attended a Training recently and interested in using this feature asap. Was advised during this Oracle Training that this feature is available in JDE 9.0, aside from JDE 9.2.
