CA PAY: Deduction with Total Reached stop rule

Hi,

We have a few deduction elements set up with a total Reached stop rule. The rule works fairly well except when the deductions straddle two years.  The deduction only stops once the total reached is met within the year.  If the deductions continue into a new year, they will keep deducting until the total reached is met in that year.  This causes an employee to be over deducted for this element.

Is this a set up issue?  Is there a way to make the element look at the ITD or LTD balance instead of the YTD balance?
