Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 12C RAC Database suddenly slow

Two nodes Linux 6.7 oracle 12c RAC suddenly very slow. Both query and file upload.

The upload is bulk upload from external table. Upload a few million records no commit until it is done.

Can anyone give me some hints on troubleshooting on this?
