SLC shape in promo effect

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hello dear experts!

Has a business task to build promotion forecast where promo has a shape similar to SLC item.

For example let have 2 promo in 2010 and 2011 years, both last 7 weeks:

The 1st starts at w13_2010 and ends till w19_2010

The 2nd  starts at w17_2011 and ends till w23_2011

Need to receive same shape in 2012 starting from w16.

If I use base forecast I cant point to system where to start that event, but if I use promo forecast it just puts avarage for all promoted weeks

Is there any way to receive same shape for promo using only GA configuration?
