Numerous Reports exist in FRM_REPOSITORY_LOBS, but they can't be viewed in the Repository Manager

Hi.

I am trying to reduce the size of the FRM_REPOSITORY_LOBS table in a 12.2.5 instance.

I noticed that there are thousands of documents in FRM_REPOSITORY_LOBS which a are not visible in Repository Manager (either in the "current documents" view or in the "archived documents" view), which means that there is no way for me to delete these 'orphaned' documents.

After some additional experimentation I realized that these orphaned records happen when documents are deleted using the 'Delete' button on the 'current documents' view of Repository Manager.

i.e.

1) If I use Repository Manager to archive a document, and then I use Repository Manager to delete the document, the document is removed from the Repository Manager views and it is removed form the FRM_REPOSITORY_LOBS table.
