Incorrect Balance element is being poupulated to rate_bal_impacts_t

Dear Team,

After creating a product in pdc , when i check the balance element for the corresponding product i am getting incorrect value( if balance element in created product is INR , it is reflecting as INR ).

How this behaviour is only exhibited for usage product of type EventSessionTelcoGsm  , but when i create using a OTC product , correct value is reflected only
