How to restrict the access of concurrent program responsibility wise having same request group??

I need to restrict  two standard concurrent programs  "PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project" and "PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects" Responsibility wise keeping same request group for both the responsibilities.Please guide me as I am unable to do it.
