Error Message: ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded ORA-04061

Hi,

We have a  soa database , which calls a stored procedure in   EBS database.   This package is executed whenever new order comes in.     The  issue is as follows.

Whenever,  we  update /compile package in  EBS database,    we get the above message  the 1st time.   The error comes when the order execution is close the package compilation time.    we have no way to  check when web orders come in since this is a 24X7 system. 

Can you please let me know how to avoid  this  error. Error Message: ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded ORA-04061
