Shopping Categories not visible in iProcutrement when Langauge Preference is changed to other than E

When trying to browse through shopping categories to shop using I-Procurement, the categories are visible when the language preference is English. But after changing the language preference to other than English, these categories are not visible.

Please advise if anyone had faced similar issue and if so what is the fix.
