Unable to login to Essbase Studio Console Client

Hi,

Version: 11.1.2.3

Unable to launch the Essbase Studio Console Client however it works fine when opening the Essbase Studio Commandline Client. This makes me believe that issue might be related to JRE or related. Even error message is also similar to a Java Error.

Whenever I launch it accept the Server and credentials but get failed when I click ok.
