JDE Web session 'stops' at prompt for Literal Value in batch versions

For JDE EnterpriseOne Rel 9.1, Tools 9.1.5.7, All Windows Server 2008 servers, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g, Ver 10.3.5.0.

I have two HTML web instances running on the web server.  Yesterday, when users submitting a UBE reached the point in Data Selections where they were prompted for a Literal Value, the program stopped there and the user was unable to submit the report.  This only occurred on one of the two web instances.  If the user was logged into  the other instance they were able to enter a Literal Value and then proceed to submit the UBE report.

Can you shed any light on what causes this?  Or, which log files would help me troubleshoot this?

Howdy, Stranger!
