E1 Address Book cat code description change does not show on screen

Hello Community, I just changed Address Book Cat code 30 from "Category Code 30" to "Custom Description" via Data dictionary application.  I didn't change anything else other then the Description and Row Description fields in the Item Specifications page.  I cleared the web server cache, also clear browser cache but the description in the the Cat Code 30 field still show "Category Code 30".  I confirmed by querrying the F0101 table that this field is empty or not used. Am I missing a step or something?
