party active, all accounts inactive, need to reactivate one

If we have an active party where all the accounts are inactive, is there a way to see this in the AR customers page?  Is an active account a requirement for the party to be found?  Do we have to go to Data Librarian/Customers Online to reactive the account and make the party available in the AR customer page?  Thanks in advance.
