Step dependence every Individual Operation

Dear sir

Please give the Solution of Step dependence in individual step Let say example

If I have 7 Process then how can i define the dependence of each Process with other.

Like HRS-->Pickling--MILL-->CRS-->CRS Skinpass--Packing Dispatch

Its not a continuous Process Please help me to solve these queries i will be grate help from you.
