SL500 Fibre Channel Directly Connection failed

We are trying to connect SL 500 Library to a Windows server with HBA 42D0494, but it hasn't been possible because server cannot contact the target. We could see hba ports appeared in Operational state, but, when we tried to execute a echo test againts WWN target, it failed.
