Impacts and consideration needed when changing LE , BSV and cost centre

Hello,

We have a requirement from business to change Legal entity name, change balancing segment account number and department code (cost center account numbers). We are in release R12.1.3.

Current multi-org structure is

BG-A -->LE-A--> Primary Ledger -->Operating Unit A --->Inv Org A ---> Subinv 1,2,3 etc (some subinv are locator controlled).

What is the best approach and analysis that needs to be considered . Client is  in repair business and don't manufacture anything. Oracle modules used for order fulfillment and repair  business flows are Oracle Teleservice, Order Management, Advanced Pricing,Inventory, Depot Repair, Install base, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Receivables,General Ledger, Cash Management and  Third party tool  for credit card processing.
